E-Notify

Just Delivery E-Notify is a web-based solution for priority services. To enable this service, customers need to mention the shipment numbers along with their email details for the types of notification they might prefer: Delivery, Exception, etc. Customers are notified automatically about the latest status of their consignments, whether they are delivered, held up, not delivered or Return to Origin (RTO)ed (based on customer’s choice).

Corporate Tracker

Just Delivery Corporate Tracker is a web-based tracking solution which is available only for corporate customers who provide bulk load in regular basis. Secure Login and password are provided to customers to access the Just Delivery Customer portal for tracking their load status either for an individual consignment or for a specific period. Other than internet connectivity no other software installation is required to access the website.

Bulk Tracker

Just Delivery Bulk Tracker is a special tracking solution for Corporate Customers and Just Delivery Channel Partners, which makes tracking completely hassle-free for customers. Customers need to send the list of their shipment numbers (maximum of 500 Consignment Note [C/N] ) in a single column in Excel file and upload it on the Just Delivery Customer portal. Customers will then receive email notifications about the latest status of their consignments, listed in the file.

E-Tracker

Just Delivery E-Tracker is a unique Tracking solution mainly for the customer who does not want to open the browser and track the consignment explicitly from the Portal. It is a desktop-based application that the customers need to install on his local system. (Not required)To get the latest consignment status, all the customers have to do is to go online and point their computer mouse just on top of the application icon on their desktops. A tiny online window will display the shipment status for all their deliveries.

Webshipping

Just Delivery Webshipping is a complete online booking solution for the registered customer. Customers can send their consignments to both domestic and international locations from his premises without any problems. It is a complete BOOK+PRINT+PAY solution. Customers can pay the delivery amounts through Credit Card

Web Pickup

Just Delivery Web Pickup is a total online pickup solution for the customer. Customers need to submit pickup requests through the Just Delivery web portal. On successful submission, the requests will be forwarded to the designated pickup office. Just Delivery executives will pick up the shipment from customer’s premises within a stipulated time.

E-Invoice

This is Just Delivery's Green-Initiative. Corporate customers and Channel partners need to login to the customer’s portal and view their current and old invoices at any point of time. Authorized customers can also download their invoices and print if required. as per their requirement.

E- Compliance

Just Delivery's E-Compliance is a web-based complain forum for the corporate customers and channel partners. Without any special application installed to run this, customers can register their service complaints on the portal. Complaints are tracked with unique complaint numbers and details are available with complete communication history. Customers can also view the support matrix with agewise analysis.

Case Studies to Showcase Our IT-Enabled Approach

 

Case Study 1: FTP Accelerates Data-sharing

 

Just Delivery  has made Integration with an e-commerce customer for complete data availability between Just Delivery and Customer software application. Making use of an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) technology through CSV files, data is uploaded or downloaded at periodic intervals and processed at distributed warehouse locations depending on the data and location. Customer provides four separate files that contain the following categories of information:

  1. Order or Shipments to be Booked;

  2. Order Exchange(reverse logistics by which an old delivery is picked up in exchange for a new item);

  3. Order Cancelation;

  4. Payment Status

The Just Delivery system processes the Order Booking file, imports the same into software application to book and further makes it available into the system for operations. As scheduled, the data with specific information of Booking, Transit, Attempts, etc. get generated and uploaded automatically on FTP for the client access. Once the consignment is delivered, the delivery info/Return to Origin (RTO) and the payment updation will also get uploaded into the customer’s FTP server. The automation will work till the shipment life cycle gets completed by the process of delivery or RTO. The system also identifies the Order/Shipment which is to be cancelled and updated by the coordinator.

 

Case Study 2: Going Online for Planned logistics

 

A customized solution for one of our E-commerce Travel portal customers it helps to print the travel tickets & hotel booking vouchers and also delivers the same to the client in Cash of Delivery (COD) mode. The guest will do the provisional booking on customer portal or via a call center by choosing to “Pay by Cash”. Once the booking is registered in the portal, the same is verified by a courtesy call from customer back-office team. After confirmation from the guest, the back-office team will confirm the booking on the system and log in the booking in Just Delivery provided link for distribution, logistics and remittance process.

Just Delivery will book all these shipments in 'I' Series. The designated Just Delivery coordinator will log into the portal and reconcile all the order bookings that are available under the link for processing. Once it’s reconciled, the coordinator will book these shipments using Just Delivery Bulk Booking module and print the provisional bookings from the portal and put it in a Just Delivery envelop. An auto email confirmation voucher will be sent to the guest on his given email id. The printed "I" series shipment number will be attached to envelop and dispatched to the destination location. Just Delivery ensures distribution and logistics of these shipments for next business day deliveries and monitors the process with a team of customer service coordinators. In case of non-delivery, the system is updated accordingly with relevant reasons. After deliveries, cash payment collected is also updated into the system. For data visibility, auto mailers are set everyday 10.30 am to publish information related to booking, delivery, RTO and non-delivery to the customer.

 

Case Study 3: Smart Sharing of Customs Clearance Status

 

This solution is provided for one of our International E-commerce clients. Just Delivery created a separate FTP port wherein the Customer will push the XML files for Customs clearance . Just Delivery software application will pull these files and automatically import it into our system for distribution and logistics. Following an updated delivery status, Just Delivery will push this information back to the client system in XML format.

 

Case Study 4: TechMailer Manages Mass Mail

 

One of Just Delivery’s innovative solutions is TechMailer which is a standalone software application and a smart solution for mass mailers. The bar-coded TechMailer labels are printed from customer's database which doubles its functionality as an address label and also as an Airway Bill number. This system eliminates the manual job of handwriting or printing address stickers at client end. The pincode validation, shipment assignment, importing data, printing gate pass, generating pickup report, exporting data to Just Delivery system are fully automated. Subsequently, we have electronic proof of deliveries (e-POD) which are dispatched and delivered by mailers and are available in the form of reports for the client.The master tables of these TechMailers are synchronized with Just Delivery Server to update the client’s database and software systems.
